Glebe – Urban Dance Centre

When Lady Gaga’s tour dancers come to teach at your studio, you know you’re on to a good thing. Other high-profile dancers teaching at Urban Dance Centre’s international workshops throughout the year include Kimberly Wyatt (Pussycat Dolls), Eddie Morales (Justin Timberlake’s dancer) and the dancers from America’s So You Think You Can Dance top 10.

Founded by Juliette Verne and Douglas Blaikie in 2006, the studio runs casual classes for beginners through to competition-level dancers. More serious students can audition for performance groups Urban Dance or Youth Projects, or the full-time accredited Certificate IV Performing Arts course.

Facilities include three large rehearsal studios with timber floors and wall-to-wall mirrors.
