Marko Taopo

Youth Break Dance/Acrobatics

Marko specialises in Break, Acrobatics and Hip Hop though is trained in many facets of dance including Ballroom, Cha Cha, Waltz, Contemporary and traditional Filipino. He is also a black belt in Tang Soo Do and a martial artist.

For the last five years Marko performed with and choreographed for Tracks Dance Company in the Northern Territory during which time he was involved in various productions, having core roles in most.

Also a founding member of the Styles Impressions Krew (S.I.K) his credits include Groove, Bounce, performing for the Australian Troops in East Timor (2001), Industry, music videos for artists Rogue Traders and Roxanne Lebrasse, Urban Music Awards, and various television appearances. The first to ever undertake a scholarship at Urban Dance Centre. Marko is now UDC faculty.
