Hailing from New Zealand, Steph Thomas trained at Urban Dance Centre in 2009 under the direction of renowned industry professionals such as Juliette “Jet” Verne, Kym Parish, Veronica Beattie, Paul Saliba, Rosa Agius and many more.
Since graduating Steph has gone onto perform as a J-Foxx dancer for Coachman, a Nufirm dancer for “Izrael The Legacy” Album and “Closer” Film clip. She has also danced at WrongProm evenings CarriageWorks and Event Cinema, Bondi Premieres for “This Is It” and “Fame”. Other credits include backup dancing for MC Hammer as well as a Season 3 So You Think You Can Dance Grand Finale dancer under the choreographic direction of Matt Lee and Jason Gilkison.
Steph has also modelled for various fashion shows and store openings including Frathouse, Rebel Sport, King of Shaves and was the face of a recent Rebel Sport catalogue.
More recently, Steph assisted Juliette “Jet” Verne in several of her Season 3 SYTYCD pieces. Steph is also a podium dancer for Elite podium.
