Urban Dance Centre’s Certificate IV in Performing Arts course (69818) offers the best opportunity to achieve the highest level of competency in all areas of the Performing Arts.

UDC training includes perfecting individual performance and technique, audition preparation, professional live performance and film experience and puts you infront of International guests and the best Australian Dance Agents.

This full time performing arts course runs for one year and follows the school calendar terms.  It is an intensive course and follows the normal school week 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday – Friday with some weekends required throughout the year for preparation of performances, workshops or other events.

As an example of some career prospects: UDC’s post graduate students are currently working in the Industry, locally and around the world. Shows include: HAIRSPRAY The Musical, DANCE ACADEMY – TV Series, MOULIN ROUGE Paris, Tokyo DISNEYLAND and many more plus Ship Cruises, Corporate Entertainment, TV, Film and Modelling.

Urban Dance Centre offers a scholarship program which is designed for serious dancers who wish to enhance their dance education while training and working in a positive environment.  Participants have the opportunity to not only train with some of Australia’s leading industry professionals and but also gain additional work experience as part of the studio support group.
